Meet Vince
While finishing his Communications degree at CSU Channel Islands, Vince knew he needed to increase his income—but he also knew he didn’t want to return to restaurant work. At the same time, he was already working alongside his father through their family business, Extreme Clean, Inc., helping deliver AIRx odor control products to school districts and service custodial mixing systems.
What started as occasional deliveries turned into hands-on exposure to a problem most businesses underestimate: restroom odor.
Vince was encouraged to start selling product directly. He dropped off samples, attempted cold outreach, and quickly learned that chemicals alone weren’t the answer. When he visited a former employer—a gymnastics facility—the real issue became clear. They didn’t just need a product.
They needed a solution.
That realization led Vince to launch an in-person Restroom Odor Control Program. Within months, the program grew to multiple commercial clients, including restaurant locations that wanted consistent results without constant oversight. As demand expanded beyond reasonable driving distance, Vince brought the challenge to his father, and together they built a scalable system that didn’t rely on frequent service visits.
That system became ROC-D.
Today, Vince leads ROC-D with a practical mindset shaped by real-world use, not theory—focused on solutions that actually work in busy, high-traffic environments.
The Experience Behind ROC-D
Mario Tresierras built ROC-D on decades of experience, not trends.
In 1970, Hector Tresierras (Mario’s father) founded a small maintenance company in Ventura County. On weekends, his family worked alongside him, learning firsthand what it meant to take pride in your work, pay attention to details, and treat every person with respect.
Hector lived by a simple philosophy that still guides the business today:
“I don’t care who you are—you treat everyone with respect, because we are all God’s children.”
Years later, after earning a degree in Environmental & Occupational Health and working for the Los Angeles County Health Department, Vince’s father returned to the family business with a larger vision—to bring science, simplicity, and effectiveness to commercial odor control.
One insight shaped everything that followed: the first sign of a clean space isn’t what you see—it’s what you smell.
That understanding led to the adoption of AIRx odor counteractant technology in local schools during the 1990s, where it continues to be used today. The same proven technology now forms the backbone of the ROC-D system.
