Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated

  • Charges are processed automatically through Stripe

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle

No Guarantee of Results

While ROC-D uses professional-grade products, we do not guarantee specific results. Odor control effectiveness may vary based on conditions and usage.

Refunds

Due to the nature of recurring services and shipped products, refunds are not guaranteed. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

ROC-D is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of products or failure to follow provided instructions.
